RCFCTV - important info regarding access
#1
FYI - see below info from club regarding accessing RCFCTV for Saturday:

RCFCTV Access 2021/22

28/07/2021

With season 2021/22 just around the corner here are all the details our season ticket holders need for access to RCFCTV.
The direct link to login to the RCFCTV site is: https://tv.rosscountyfootballclub.co.uk/
A username and password have been created for you; you just click the login button in the top right-hand corner of the screen (If using a laptop/PC).
Your username is your name, surname, and the season ticket reference number that the club has given you. As season ticket cards are yet to be posted out please email dale.pryde-macdonald@rosscountyfootballclub.co.uk for your season ticket reference number as soon as possible to access the system. Again due to the implications of the delays with our new ticketing system we know this isn't ideal but is the most efficient way we can communicate this information to you.
An Example of a login is: John-Smith-1234567 etc. This depends on the length of your number.
PLEASE ENTER THE DASHES BETWEEN THE NAME AND NUMBER AS PER THE EXAMPLE ABOVE
The password is the same season ticket reference number in your login. An Example being: 1234567
There will be an opportunity for you to test your login on Friday between the hours of 1030 and 1400 hours. Outside of this, you will still be able to test your login to the site. We encourage everybody to test their login at the soonest possible opportunity ahead of Saturday to avoid any disruption to coverage on matchday.
Should you encounter any issues, please contact the support team via email: rcfctv.support@rosscountyfootballclub.co.uk

For Pay-Per-View viewers
You can watch all of the action from Saturdays game by purchasing your PPV pass for £15.00 at ppv.rosscountyfootballclub.co.uk

Matchday Coverage
Rory Hamilton and Stephen Craigan return to the RCFCTV reigns after our highly successful coverage last campaign. Joining them again will be Jamie Lyall who is currently out in Tokyo covering the Olympics. Jamie will return to the team in late September upon his return. Also joining the RCFCTV team is Andy Bargh. Andy will be a well-known name to most as he has been a regular commentator for the BBC and other outlets. Andy also commentated on our game at Ibrox last season for RCFCTV.
For Viewers outside the UK & IRE
You can sign up for a monthly or annual subscription to RCFCTV at tv.rosscountyfootballclub.co.uk where you can access all the action live.

Well that's as clear as mud.

"Here's where you log in.
And here's what your log in details will be.
Except we haven't sent you the crucial bits of information yet.
And we have no intention of doing so.
Well not unless each and every one of you sends an e-mail to one individual - one at a time, to find out.
Dale will maybe have time to reply to potentially hundreds of e-mails in time for kick-off."

Who actually proof reads these things?

At least the ground is actually open this time so the majority won't need to do this yet.

Presumably, the Season Ticket reference numbers are the same as last year if you've renewed? They all matched up with Staggies Army Membership Number's and Shop Registration Numbers, so presumably this is just a fan reference number that is always assigned to you. Presumably last years login details will be the same if you've renewed and you don't have to play with anything, but it's anyone's guess really.

Any chance you can shed some light on this Kenny instead of us all having to e-mail Dale individually?

So the answer to the above is... no. You've got a brand new allocated number which bears no relation to last year.
So you do actually have to personally e-mail Dale, instead of having a standard mailing list deal with it. Looks like Dale's e-mail is firing out semi-automated responses at least. Good luck everyone.

Actually they could have said - if you are a season ticket holder, you will have received in the mail a ticket for Saturday's game. That ticket was accompanied by an address label and directly above your name and address on that address label is - your season ticket reference number!

Possibly being a bit harsh here guys?
I sent Dale an email requesting the number.
Thanks Dale for the very swift response!
I received the reply within five minutes.
Perhaps I was lucky.
But, under the current covid situation, I continue to give the club the benefit of doubt.
