Brandon Barker coming in as a free agent apparently, although he's been with Rangers this season.

We're in a good place when we're signing an ex OF player as cover for a position!

Barker would be above our wage limit, I'd think.

Apparently the signing of the free agent will be unveiled tomorrow, I'm nosey and can't wait that long, anyone know for sure who he is??

I'm assuming the free agent who assured the club he would be signing has gone back on his word, probably happens a lot more than we are aware of, and the club aren't going to waste their time reporting on people who let them down like this.

Yeah that's happened to us a few times in recent years. One of the issues of being located where we are. If a club offers something remotely similar to us in a 'better' location then we've no chance.

Looks like it's Josh Sims of Southampton. A winger. We seem to have a hotline to our EPL friends.

Seen someone suggest he nearly retired due to injury. Hopefully he's in good health and ready to take some of the load off of RCC and Hungbo!

not had a club since July, but on paper - if fit, could be a great signing, 24 yrs old and 20 EPL appearances, surprised (if fit) that nobody down in England in the lower leagues has taken a punt

He's definitely been given the 'get yourself in the shop window' speech from Malky.

It's 20 EPL 2 appearances I believe - their equivalent to the reserve league.

Still, I have more trust in the recruitment now than i ever did!

No its EPL, he played 67 times in the EPL2, also 17 in Championship and 10 in the MLS
