This is happening with some other websites. Might be associated with the recent updates with web browsers .I've had to change from Internet Explorer to Microsoft Edge to resolve problems.

Yep - moving away from IE and moving to Chrome or Edge is a common fix, even helped a supporter who was having trouble accessing the RCFCTV test stream on Friday night - he was using IE, told him to download and try Chrome and it worked fine...

E-mailing overthebridge.info@gmail.com will also offer help, I've managed to get a few people back in that way.
Sadly, that's about all I can do. I don't have access to the programming in order to update the forum properly.
