New signings, re-signings, and confirmed departures
Could be the signing of Spence means that it is Marcus Fraser who moves to CB. He was excellent there last season.

If by "excellent" you mean able to cover for Davies' lack of pace but unable to win any form of physical battle then yes, he was excellent.

Superb in the air though, and good for the odd header in goal.

I'll agree not the most physical but his speed and tackling was good.

Marcus is best in central defence.....not been as good at right back this season, think he prefers central role

If that's how he feels then he needs to have a word with one or both gaffers.

I must say I agree Marcus nit the same at RB , managers were forced into early signings due to injuries , not ideal we do need players we are too timid and methodical , second part of season every manager has our style sussed ,change required just an opinion guys , but Marcus needs to be moved into central defence he did a good job there ,

That should just about do it, presuming nobody else goes out. Interesting that the club has stopped announcing the length of deals. I'd imagine 18 months at the minimum.

Reading the link on the Raith Rovers web page it also mentions that in this day in 1986 Bobby Wilson was sacked by Raith. The rest as they say is history!!

Bye Stelios. https://www.mtfc.co.uk/news/2019/january...e-silkmen/

Not great timing considering Kelly had a recurrence of his groin injury on Saturday (P&J).

Fact that he signed for Macclesfield probably says a lot about how good he actually was.

Had a bit of versatility. Not sure he needs to be replaced, though.

By far our best left back though

Low bar.

Interesting that the rather terse club statement makes no mention of family issues. The guy just didn’t want to be here. Fair enough.

Made the mistake of reading the Dundee fans' reviews of his performances...

... Anyway, welcome, Andy!
